Terms and Conditions

Submitting an entry to our 'Win an iPad' competition, means you are in acceptance to the following terms and conditions.

1. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. The competition is open to worldwide entrants. Enlink employees, Goodwille employees, family members or associates of any detailed are not eligible to enter the competition.
3. The competition is open to all ages - if you are under 16, you will be required to supply a valid signed parental or legal guardian consent form if successful.
4. The randomly selected winner is final, and there will be no additional correspondence regarding the chosen winner.
5. Entries should be submitted via the form found on www.enlink.ltd.uk, www.enlink.de or www.enlink.se only. Entries by post, telephone or email will not be accepted.
6. By submitting your details, you are granting Enlink Limited or Goodwille Limited to contact you in the future, whether by post, email, fax or telephone.
7. The email address submitted will be added to our newsletter (currently running quarterly). You can request to unsubscribe at any time.
8. The competition will close when we choose – this will be the 1st December 2012, or before.
9. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date.
10. The winner will be announced within fourteen days of the closing date.
11. A brand new, unopened iPad3 16GB (WiFI only) in black or white will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of the closing date.
12. No liability shall attach to Enlink Ltd if reasons beyond their control occur, which makes the awarding of the prizes impossible.
