Goodwille is pleased to announce a 100% acquisition of Enlink, Warwick.

Enlink, a partner company since 2010, when Goodwille invested in a 1/3 share of the company, is now to become a full member of the Goodwille Group. This strengthened relationship positions the Group as the pre-eminent provider of start-up, operational and development services for foreign businesses setting up or expanding into the UK. Goodwille and Enlinks’ aligned focus on delivering holistic and pragmatic services within the scope of Corporate legal; financial administration; HR planning and operations as well as virtual office services – enable companies launching into the UK to concentrate on their core operations, with peace of mind that their administration is handled in a professional manner.

In addition, the Warwick office offers order handling and sales processing – ideal for those companies setting up centrally located sales and distribution facilities in the UK.
